All CGI products are manufactured in-house in our factory to the same exacting quality standards with controls before, during and after production

Before Production :
- We only buy the best quality canvas and acrylic materials which is suitably treated to withstand water, mildew and fading

- We offer a large range of attractive colours

- We inspect every metre of canvas and acrylic material, as well as all components before releasing for production

- All steel frames are strong and are zinc-plated to reduce corrosion




During Production :
Quality inspection takes place at each stage of production

After Production :
- Every finished canvas is individually inspected by our "Quality Control" team before it is packed
- Each frame is also inspected before it is packed
- Every packed bag is then weighed to ensure that there is nothing missing before it is deposited in our warehouse awaiting delivery
